A wellness retreat provides the opportunity to step away from your daily life, to remove the constant stimulation, and to separate yourself from your normal. It is a chance to reassess and recharge, and a reminder that YOU are the creator of your life.

In these 1:1 mindfulness sessions, Rebecca will work with you to design a home practice that is individualised to your specific needs. You will ultimately learn to replace bad habits with good ones and step confidently into your best life.

Drop out of your head and into your body. Yoga is the practice of mindfulness through movement. In addition to building strength, flexibility, and balance, yoga leads to increased body awareness and ultimately inner stillness.
